My name is Tigress and I am a mixed breed cat.
I was born with my sisters and brothers on the territory of the same zoo. My mother knew people well and they gave her food when they prepared food for other animals. We grew up in a secluded place, but when we became a little older, she taught us not to be afraid of people and to approach them for food. We also realized that most of them are kind and love pet kittens. At such moments, I also clearly understood that the attention of people is extremely important to me, and not just the food they give.
But one day everything changed. With the terrible sounds came chaos, panic and fear. I remember how all the life I knew disappeared step by step: people left, the zoo was partially evacuated, and with another explosion my mother, sisters and brothers disappeared.
I was left completely alone. No people, no food. Only shelling, which seemed to almost never stop. The zoo was almost empty, only a few animals remained in it, who, like me, did not lose hope and believed that help would come one day.
When I saw people's faces again, I was very happy. I immediately ran to them and in response I heard: "Wow! What a beauty you are! Just like a "little white tiger"! We will definitely take you, like your big brother." And yes, they were right, my colors were very similar to one white tiger, for whom they came.
After this evacuation I ended up in a shelter. I love being here. There are so many other cats to play with and people, whom I have never stopped loving, not for a minute.
I know that one day I will be a wonderful pet and will give myself completely to the family that decides to adopt me.
